So we find out about the blue eyes: taking of an innocent life. Derek, Peter and Jackson have them and Jackson is now explained. I think his would be a result of the Kanima stint he had.

We also find out a bit more about the Advisors/Emissaries. They are Druids, who after Werewolves first came to be, helped them be able to transform back into human and have been 'advising' ever since but in a small role only usually known to Alphas.

Werewolves also don't age like humans do. Slower, but not as old as one would think they are on a guess? They really kept this answer as shady as possible cause Cora said she was 17 but then threw a smoke cloud over it being a clear answer. We got to see Deucalion, Ennis, and Kali when they had their packs. I'm kind of surprised that Derek doesn't recognize Ennis though. Ennis was pissed about losing one of his own to the Hunters (who also killed a Hunter) and took a vendetta against the Argents/Hunters but Tali & Deucalion wanted to smooth things over for peace which we also find out, some of the Hunters wanted to do as well. Gerard however, was just as crazy back then, killing his own people with a spiked mace to make it look like a Werewolf attack and then killing the pack members Deucalion brought before blinding him (who can actually see via his Wolf). Gerard is...a mixed back of psychotic. I don't even know where to start with this guy. He spurred the war and then the mess with Alison's mother and having her killed cause she was bitten when he was looking to get bitten too? I guess this also explains Deucalion killing Chris Argent's uncle. He has it out for the family I assume after what Gerard did and I'm sure he'd love to get his hands on him.

Will watch the preview for the last 4 episodes of the season again but it looks like Peter is getting back in action and Scott may be going to Deucalion for help.

At this point, this show is kicking TVD while they're on the ground. I'm sorry. The pacing is perfect, great lore/mythos building, great character development all around, decent fight scenes (attempts made beyond simply falling back on hearts being ripped out or necks being snapped) and the relationships are believable. Even the young Derek and Paige was a believable one for the episode we got out of it. TVD is all over the place with all the aforementioned and I think the main problem of that is the triangle is the focal point and not the story/characters/universe like with TW.

Also forgot to mention from last episode but it seems they're going with Beacon Hills being on some 'ley lines' as well (the whole current discussion)?

Great episode.

This episode was great and im looking at each episode like wow its action pack and I agree Slash Teen Wolf is kind of kicking TVDs ass with the mythology and relationships...Im telling you after watching Teen Wolf when I saw Delena vs Stelena stuff I was just like urgh!

The Druids story was pretty cool I wanted more of it. Was I the only one who kind of felt bad for Deucallion? He wanted Peace and was actually good. Now Im hoping He is the one who kills Gerard for good.

I wonder what else of the story we are missing as to why Daucallion is back in Beacon Hills. It cant just be Scott or can it be?

Im glad how BOTH Scott and Stiles caught on to how there were things missing/or being told wrong in the stories. It was completely Peter's fault for Paige dying! 

Im wondering if Talia Hale died in the fire...if Peter and even Cora was able to escape as well as Derek and his older sister why couldnt Talia escape too? But then Derek's older sister would had never been Alpha right?

I would love to hear the story from Derek's side. And Wondering if he did remember Ennis. it was Dark the whole time so who knows. 

They picked a pretty good youngster to play Derek. Also Scott growing some balls at the end with Gerard I was like Oh Snap!
