Okay so more discussion time:
What was the purpose of Erica going after Kali? I saw she was talking about the Lunar Eclipse and that they can be stronger but what was the benefit of her going after Kali in that moment/? Just to try to escape?
And also How was Danny onto the situation about the Currents/ was it just a coincidence. How does this play into the whole Drued situation and why was he targeted?
And if Daellion (I'm prob spelling his name wrong) wants scott why is he going after Derek. just as a bonus/? To have him part of his pack?

I have to admit that I don't fully understand the plot this season...
But I think Deucalion wants Derek to kill Scott, like doing his dirty work...

So there is a theory going around that Derek's flashback story revolves around Jennifer somehow. I was thinking that the girl in the flashback was kate because that was his romance that lead to his family being killed. BUT what if its Jennifer….Wouldnt Derek remember meeting the Alpha Pack? or is there specific reason why Deucallion has these certain werewolves in his pack and he's coming to collect Derek Next? Like Maybe they were all turned the same way that has to do with the bLue eyes?

I have the same questions you do Ruby! Why does he want Derek so much? Does he really want to kill him or not? And what was up with the whole Danny thing? Does Ethan really care about him, he seemed to last night. He made that comment about Lydia being useful with the supernatural, but last night she seemed pretty useless! In a way I wish they would've told Stile's dad what was going on. I love Scott's mom & how she saved Danny. I guess they've adopted Isaac now? When they were "protecting" her was so cute!

I thought Ethan might switch sides too, but then that changed once he showed up at Derek's & was holding onto Jennifer threatening to kill her while Derek was being forced to fight Kali! Why is she so much stronger than Derek? Is it because she's killed one of her own? Now that Derek has killed Boyd, will that make him stronger?

Derek fell for a girl when he was 15 years old (Its funny how to show Derek as a 15 yr old they probably cast a 15 yr old but for out beloved "16 or 17" year olds in present tw time they look so much older lol)
This girl changed derek. Peter says they wouldn't even let him see the body. (Going with my theory this girl has something to do with our new character Jennifer?)
So his eyes must have been gold to begin with especially if he was born a werewolf but his eyes turned after everything that happens in his flashback episode. to Blue. This can answer Jackson's question as well and kind of a put some closure to his character.
Gerald might have been the cause of Daellion loosing his eye sight.
anything else I'm missing/
it looks like Peter and Gerald will be the ones telling us the story next week.

Even though Scott is kind of part of Derek's pack, I think Ethan sees the good in Scott/differences. On the surface, it's pack vs pack but as we've seen with Scott, and as is the basis of his character, he wants to help/take non-violent routes if he can, regardless of sides. He's helped Ethan a few times despite this current 'war' and so have his friends (saving Ethan at the motel despite the fact that they could have lessened the Alpha pack by one and prevented the 'Super Alpha' that the Twins become). He also wanted to meet Deucalion to *TALK*, not fight and we saw how that went. He was forced to fight at that point despite wanting to take the non-violent route.
I think that's why Ethan doesn't mind helping Scott. Scott helps him regardless of affiliation.
As for Kali, I'm sure it's the pack. As I've mentioned before about the MT/A&O books, in that series, Werewolves can draw on their pack mates (called Pack Magic) for different things (more power, accelerating the healing process, keeping calm when enraged, etc.) and TW is kind of loosely playing in this field in a different regard where Alphas can take power from another pack mate by killing them. We *KNOW* Deucalion killed his pack to get their power so I imagine his pack of Alphas is exclusive in that regard with all the others having killed their former packs (maybe an exception with the Twins if they were in the same pack). If they follow Deucalion's model, Kali would have the power of her entire pack whereas Derek is only a recent Alpha and has only Boyd under his belt which is after the fact.
Apples to Oranges I'm sure though...

Haven't watched anything more than the next week preview at the end of the show and am keeping it that way. Should probably turn Flashblock back on as the Youtube clip's preview image is of Peter with blue eyes which I didn't want to know  |

Nope. I simply see what they show at the end of an episode and then I'm out till the following week. I go in with a vague idea of the episode and that's it. No extended looks or anything else. I don't bother with the after show specials with cast members either in case they drop hints (I think I've only watched 1). I like getting my appetite wet during the between seasons when info is coming in what to expect but when the seasons start, I'm kind of back to the caves/under a rock. For instance, I hated in the episode where Ennis died that MTV spoiled it by showing their 'after episode show' promo during a commercial break saying they were sitting down with his actor and talking about his character's death  But that's all on me. Gonna start a usual routine: post in here after episodes and maybe the day after and check out so I don't get the spoiler stuff dumped all over me mid-week. |
