Official Synopsis
Klaus Mikaelson, the original vampire-werewolf hybrid, has returned to the supernatural melting pot that is the French Quarter of New Orleans – the city his family helped build 300 years ago. Determined to help his brother, Elijah leaves their sister Rebekah behind and follows Klaus. Elijah learns that the beautiful and rebellious werewolf Hayley – Klaus’ onetime flame – has fallen into the hands of a powerful witch named Sophie Deveraux. When Sophie reveals some life-changing news, Elijah realizes that the Original family may have been given a second chance at humanity and redemption. Klaus, however, is more intrigued by his recent unexpected reunion with his former protégé, Marcel, a charismatic but diabolical vampire who now has total control over the supernatural inhabitants of New Orleans. Klaus vows to reclaim what was once his – the power, the city and his family.

No it starts thursday! the first 3 episodes i think will be thursday and then they will continue on tuesday nights

The series premiere of THE ORIGINALS will now debut on a special night and time on Thursday, October 3, 9:00-10:00 p.m. ET, the network announced today. THE ORIGINALS series premiere will follow the season premiere of THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, which is bowing one week earlier than previously announced, Thursday, October 3, 8:00-9:00 p.m. ET, giving THE ORIGINALS the additional exposure of premiering behind the network’s highest-rated series. I have to say I was really surprised how much I liked it. The pilot was so much better than 4x20. But I will say that I may have screamed a few choice words at a certain Hybrid at the end. I am not happy about Elijah at all! I thought maybe we would get something different from the daggering diaries, but apparently that was wrong. lol. Ugh! I'm still very upset!!

Yeah, luckily there's no one home right now, so I am all alone with my fangirl overreactions, lol. But when TVD started my fiance was talking to me, and he was stuttering out a story, and I had to tell him to get on with it, my show's about to start, lol.
But yes, I am so upset. Elijah is 90% of my reason for watching TO, so if he is gonna get treated the same way I am not gonna be happy. I am tired of spending every season of these shows wondering when my faves are coming back!
