The CW has released a description for the March 16th episode of The Originals.
FLASHBACKS TO FREYA’S CHILDHOOD — Suspicious of where her true loyalties lie, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) invites Freya (guest star Riley Voelkel) to the compound in order to gain more insight into her past with Dahlia. After a series of strange visions, Rebekah (guest star Maisie Richardson-Sellers) begins to realize the body she’s inhabiting is attempting to regain control. With Rebekah’s life on the line, Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) puts his bargaining skills to the test when he turns to Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood), who may have some knowledge that could help them. Lastly, at the bayou, Jackson’s (guest star Nathan Parsons) frustrations grow after Aiden (guest star Colin Woodell) questions his leadership skills. Daniel Gillies, Phoebe Tonkin and Leah Pipes also star.
Kellie Cyrus directed the episode written by Michael Russo (#216).

Kol aka Kaleb confused me alot, sad that he died, but knowing the concept of the show, he might be back any second Hayley and Jackson as a couple I really like, and i was right that there is chemistry between Gia and Elijah, they make a good couple as well, now Klaus and Cami need to find together and Marcel and Bex, when she is out of that body of the bad witch. All this body jumping and hopping is driving me nuts tbh! I don't know what to make of Freya but Dahlia on her way...things are gonna get very unpleasant, unhappily Mikael is on the loose yet AGAIN! Klaus of course undermining Jackson's alpha status, typical Klaus when he can't resist an intrigue or two lol! Just gotta love him. yeah I like this season, though it is sometimes very confusing with the body jumping and the allies ( you never know who sides with who) BTW I changed my mind and that actor who plays Finn can deliver, he does a very good job imho. Finn was a dullard, but he makes me hate him and want to punch him in the face constantly,he is so evil and spiteful! Esther I couldnT take her anymore, she was sooo intense and so delusional , I am glad shes gone...for now, like I said you never know with TVD and TO That's all for today!!! Cheers!  |

Hi moshe12! Good to see you posting on TO. I'm with you on not feeling sure if Freya can be trusted. I was just like Elijah & Rebekah, taking in her sweet stories and thinking how cool it was the family could be reunited then Bam! Klaus brought everything back to the present, and this time his paranoia about trusting someone he doesn't know with Hope's safety is right on the money. Ultimately, what choice do they have? I believe Freya is telling the truth about Dahlia and knows her best. Unless there's a huge twist and Freya is actually the one in charge of Dahlia, Klaus may need his big sister's help.  It was creepy at the end with the cuts between Dahlia/Hope, Dahlia powerful enough to start the music box from afar or at least the illusion to just how powerful she is. Oh, my one real concern with Freya is maybe she has a deal with Dahlia to be set free if she can help get Hope as a replacement. Overall the episode was OK. I found myself looking at the computer during parts. The flash to Jackson/Haley was unnecessary, all words they've said before, except for the moment with Aiden reminding Jackson that being Alpha isn't just a given, he has to keep earning it. I think Aiden is still supporting Jackson at this point. Oh hey Cami, forgot you were part of the show. Another man in need of your pop psychology who gets a crush on you? How original!! Tuned that therapy session out. Still don't like the Eva story with Rebekah. Ready for next week! Looks like more action is store and maybe we'll get some Elijah/Gia again.  |

Really awesome and I like her flair and the vibes she has... Hayley is so...mmmm...well she is Hayley and sorry to say this Phoebe Tonkin is the weakest actress of the show! I smirked the entire scene when Klaus was hitting on Aiden about Jackson, lol that Klaus always makes me grin!!! BTW we should call Klaus and tell him that Steffie turned off his humanity again and is falling off the wagon, wouldn't Klaus be delighted about that! yeah, I like Cami, but her psycho sessions are going on my nerves! After I had dinner I will take a shower and watch the last episode of TO, will be back soon  Cheers!!! |

I mistrust Freya, Idk why, can't put my finger on it! The Vincent/Eva twist I didn't even think of that! Caught me completely by surprise. I think next week Dahlia will make her entrance...she's creepy that one, even creepier than Momma Original... 6 more epsiodes left... Have anice evening y'all. Cheers!!! |

Klaus and Elijah were fun in this one, weren't they? Klaus is a man on a mission now! I'd love it if Stefan made his way to New Orleans. 'Course he'd have Caroline with him and...hmm I'll stop there. I was liking Cami more last season. Although maybe her character will become the therapist of the show as a regular character, sort of like the woman who worked with Tony on Sopranos. That could actually be interesting, the psychologist to the vampire/witch community. She needs to update her theories though.  And not drink with her clients. |

...mmm...one afterthought...about all the bodyhopping stuff...what if Dahlia already got rid of / killed Freya or took over her body or maybe Dahlia is so powerful, she can shapeshift...anyway, just a theory!

Elijah annoyed me a little bit today because he was so trusting or naive as Klaus put it I really like Cami, she is so reliable, loyal and a good person, but she doesn't suffocate you with her goodness. It's only the psycho talk I sometimes can't handle. But she had success with Vincent. the problem with Steffie and Caro are ...they don't care anymore about a thing in the whole darned universe, they would be of no use to Klaus, because latter is on a mission, as you put it. Hey moshe12  Glad to see you finally caught up with us!  I was really hoping we'd see the aftermath of Elijah and Gia's hookup!  Did she just sneak out and leave? Was it awkward? Inquiring minds want to know!!!  Maybe in the next episode although I'm not getting my hopes up from the promo! It looks like Eva is raining hell down on the French Quarter! I'm with you jennifer I'm not sure I'm too jazzed about her SL either.  I'm still mulling it over. I didn't really see the whole married to Vincent thing! I like him much better than psycho Finn. The actor is doing a good job. I find him less annoying this way. I actually don't mind Cami this season. Last season she worked my last nerve. When she's drinking and advising she's a lot more mellow!  Is it just me or does Davina seem pretty useless these days? Now that Kol is gone she really doesn't have much to do and even when he was around she was just looking for a way to kill Klaus. She always seems to be isolated from everyone else on the show and isn't given much to do. I think they could do without her even though I think she's sweet. Hayley was getting on my nerves and I agree with you about her and Jackson, those scenes weren't needed. Klaus sent them to the bayou to train and we didn't really need to see it. It does seem like Aiden is still on Jackson's side though. He should take Aiden's advice. I loved Klaus telling Hayley off again!! "You all seem to think this is a democracy! I assure you it is not!" I really don't blame him right now when it comes to his daughter. I know Elijah and Rebekah desperately want to believe that Freya is telling the truth and being sincere and maybe she is, but trust has to be earned. Klaus didn't get where he is by trusting everyone. Sometimes it's good that he's so paranoid. He wanted to see if Freya was telling the truth about being immortal! Only one way to find out, neck snap anyone! Now he's killed all his siblings!  I truly hope that Freya means well in helping Rebekah and to protect hope.  Dahlia seems like a force to be reckoned with. I did feel sorry for Freya in those flashbacks and what happened with her child.  OH I would LOVE for Stefan to come to N.O. to hang out with Klaus!!! I really miss those two together! Klaus is a little pre-occupied right now although with no humanity Stefan by his side he could certainly use the back up! I don't think Klaus would appreciate him hooking up with Caroline very much.  It's ok, he's got forever to wait for her right. |
