Finally a TVD episode that left me breathless and nervous the entire episode!!! I really liked it and gave 5 points today after a long time.
And it left me wanting more TVD again!!! Oh damn the hiatus!!!!
I have to rewatch the episode though, before I write more. So much is unclear to me. The traveller and witchy business stuff e.g.
I was sad when Tom died, although I don't know him, but it was Stefan's "He is a good man" that made me so sad. And it as funny how hungry he as and stuffed himself with wafers. LOL!!!
Loved the partnership between Matt, Ty and Jer.
Sad that Bonnie called Jer time after time and that he didn't fill her in on what he was doing. Proud of my boy that he finally moved out of the Salvatore mansion. But I am as always worried about Jer. Meddling with Liv and Luke...not a good idea.
On a sidenote I still don't get who is the villain?!! The travellers and Markos or Liv/Luke? That is why I have to rewatch.
Loved the Stefan and Caroline scenes.
Is Elena becoming her old self again??? Hopefully.
Damon ... no comment on him. He is seriously going on my nerves, the old chatterbox.
Enzo, Enzo....don't know what to say about him, he is interesting though.
On a sidenote, why do they refer to Klaus as the British guy all of a sudden. All Originals have British accents, but they are supposed to be vikings or not?!
Another sidenote: I thought Elena's nailpolish color was awful!! It gave me the collywobbles.

If the travellers know where Maggie is does this mean she's a vamp?
Tom saved someone and he says 'I was just doing my job'. So humble and heroic – just like Stefan.
Loved the Steroline moments! I knew that Stefan and Caroline couldn't go through with killing the innocent doppelganger. The only time Caroline has killed someone is when someone she loves is in immediate danger like when Asia was killing Bonnie. I loved that Stefan knew that she wouldn't (and not couldn't) kill the innocent doppelganger. The goodness Caroline has is the way Elena used to be.
It's canon! The world actually revolves around Elena.
Loved Matt, Tyler and Jeremy working together. Jeremy should have been living with Matt from the beginning.
Poor Bonnie AGAIN! But I loved that scene with Markos shadow emerging from her and taking form. It was creepy and left me wanting to know more about the travelers' plans.

My favorite thing about last night's episode was Steroline. I love their friendship and I loved their last scene together. It was amazing. they have come a long way in their friendship. I am glad also that he specified to Caroline that he knew she would not go through with it but not that se couldn't. I also liked how it kind of paralleled to Damon and Elena's whole acknowledgement that they do bad things together etc. Matt, Tyler and Jeremy working together makes me nervous lol. sometimes they make plans and they dont come out so great so im interested to see how this will play out. But I am glad that Jeremy stood up to Elena. Its true what he said about him not focusing in school etc and that he has a right to handle himself the way he wants. I am a bit confused regarding the whole Travelers vs. Witches situation. Liv's coven as she said as made it their priority to protect Elena? but now she is a dangerous liability... Travelers have something against witches because witches do not let travelers harnest their power from nature? I am still a bit confused about the differences. So Marcos is a powerful traveler leader who has been dead and now has been resurrected through the sacrifice of several travelers and the blood of the doppelgangers. I wonder what does Elena and Stefan have to do with this. The story is definitely interesting and its the main thing i am looking forward to them unraveling. Also is Maggie is still alive then maybe she is some kind of witch but i would assume she is a vampire now or something. Not unless the travelers are lying to Enzo just to use him. I actually kind of want Enzo and Caroline to become friends. I liked how they kept mocking the whole flirty thing he was doing etc etc and the jokes lol |
