Re-watching Season Five. There are several lovely Delena moments in the first four episodes. It is worth a re-watch without the expectations of the first time through. You are so right. Looking back there were some pretty good Delena moments in the beginning. So what the hell happened? It's like they complete forgot about them along with the rest of the season. Such a shame. I definitely loved the first episodes a lot better than the I did the later ones, that's for sure. |

Hai!!! Hahah oh i will always have faith. I'm very good at envisioning my own ending when things don't go my way. Whatever happens in the show. I know Damon and Elena will always be together. Just as I believe Forwood will always be together no matter what.  Those couples are a given at least in my head. Hahah. I am really worried that Damon won't return as a vampire. And given this show. I have a feeling the writers want to explore Damon as a human. Oooh i love the idea that Elena and Alaric go search for Damon and Bonnie! It would be something different. And they're not that much help in Mystic Falls since they can't get in. Anyway I was wondering what was your favourite Delena moment this season? its always good to have faith!!  And as much as I dont want to see a human Damon, the writers have a way of pissing me off, so it is possible lol I just think its such a cop out, like oh we couldnt do it in S5 bc all the fans predicted it so lets recycle what we were going to do and do it now instead.. ugh!! I'm so bored with the Mystic Falls scenery that I'd welcome the whole gang going on a quest to the ends of the earth!! Although the whole silas island thing was lacking, i really did enjoy being away from stale MF... And my fav Delena moment, hmmmm there are a lot so its hard to pick a fav.. But I think for me it was the quiet sweet moment when they were laying on the couch talking and cuddling... It was such a realistic couple moment and it was really beautiful.. There was also the moment Elena told Damon she saw only a future with him which I loved but it was also sad bc i knew what was coming... What about you??  |

Agreed on Damon becoming human...seems so predictable and recycled, and changing Damon so dramatically doesn't seem like a change for the better, I like him the way he is. but that seemed to be the formula for s5, so it is possible. Just another delena obstacle! Favorite delena scene of s5, the delena kiss at the end of 5.02. They just seemed so natural, they looked so happy and so much like a normal couple. But you picked a Great one too for the same reason. Of all time-end scene of 2.22 and middle of 3.19 (sparks  ). |

Oh and if they make Damon superhero, we've lost one of the 2 big superheroes of the show (the other being Stefan I think). Who will take over as the hero? This is what concerns me about them changing Damon too much, its one thing to have him grow and develop his emotions but I still want him to be him.. I love my anti-hero!! |
