hihi i'm curious how damon is going to explain stealing the love of his live from stefan and killing his best friend so he lost 200 years of memory? that is a lot to catch up on What's going to be even better is watching Stefan do the honourable thing when he realizes he's attracted to his brother's GF. Unlike Damon, I'm sure Damon won't try to am ululated Elena or do that eye thing. That have to show over and over how Stefan will always be her best choice as said in 4x01 and Damon her worst as said in 4x23. I'm actually more intrigued to see the memory free stefan. Guilt free no memories of pain or torment. It's definitely a different version of him. =) makes me kind of happy. |

I just dont want to think Elena is pissy because she was left out...and yeh I want her to be a little more rational this season. So we will see. As for TO lets hope i can survive till friday to watch it. My last exam is on fridays so after that im free but till then tv life is on pause. |

Anna look people have gotten all riled up before and it is not what it seems. The issues that are presented in the previews obviously have no bearing at all on damon and elena as they go to the costume ball together now could their relationship be strained somewhat yes but if she had kissed stefen I am pretty sure they would not be all smiles at a Halloween ball. But what do I know. Unless elena keeps this from damon which is not in her character either so I am thinking that this will be explained next episode and the scenes are not what we think they are. I don't like being messed with just to get me to watch. I mean I watch regardless. But you know what I mean.

I meant I just dont want to form an opinion before I see the whole scene because there's always something more. I'm not one that gets riled up like most people do. Most sneak peeks are pretty meaningless tbh. They're supposed to just get the fans stirring and talking about the show.
And no matter what is said in the promo's, sneak peeks or anything I will continue to watch. I don't believe in boycotting eps. I don't believe on giving up on a show too easily hence why I watch like a million shows. And even if Elena died which I don't think would happen but if it did I'd still watch the show. (Thats saying a lot since Elena is one of my favourite characters on the show)
And btw I love when Elena and Damon fight. It didn't even phase me if she thought Damon was keeping the whole love triangle away from Stefan. Not even one bit. I'm not worried about the two breaking up anytime soon despite rumors about a break up and 'Elena still has feelings for Stefan'. I have faith in DE. Its just the beginning of a season. they aren't going to break up Delena just yet. Like I'm not completely delusional and think that they are going to last all season. Stelena never lasted a whole season. The amount of times they've broken up or been torn apart because of one reason or another leads to believe the writers will do the same to Delena. THEY DO IT TO ALL SHIPS. Look at Forwood, one of the most stable ships of TVD. No ship is safe. |

damonsgirl Kiki Being realistic I doubt Damon would want to get into the love history that follows Damon and stefan. He would delay that talk as much as possible and can you really blame him? Talking about Katherine and Elena would be an awkward situation and stefan would most likely be clueless but also question Damon like seriously bro lol debI think Elena being bothered about is because she knows she was a important part to stefans life as well as he being important in hers. The bias perspective of mine would just say Elenas self centered attitude is showing lol , maybe it's my bias perspective too but, that's exactly the vibe I get from this clip... It's like Elena always wants to be the center of attention in Damon and Stefan's lives. She couldn't let Damon go, now she can't let Stefan go? It makes me dislike her character more than I already did  I know it's a triangle but they kept telling us that she's not Katherine and it wasn't ok for her to love them both but they are showing us something else... At least, Katherine is selfish and self centered but she is fun to watch. Elena is boring and spoiled and lost all the qualities she had that made me like her. |

She has the need to be involved in everything and gets all upset when they don't include her. Example she breaks up with stefan season two because of Katherine. So they form a plan to get rid of kat and she had the need to want to know because she needs to be involved. After that I just caught everytime she was playing the self centered card. She had done alot of great things and has suffered alot and I respect her for being strong but I feel she needs a back bone that doesn't begin with a salvatore. Sorry if I'm offending you Anna. Like I said I don't hate her |

I need Elena lovers in this forum I am a little frustrated with her after last season she use to be so selfless and kind but she did all those things. She has redeemed herself a little bit. But it is like she does not know who she is. But thats what I love about Elena. This uncertaintity that follows her as she tries to figure out who she is. It has been Elenas journey from the start of the show. We've watched her life for two years. Watched as she has started the journey from teen to adult. Her life is a mess. She holds on tremendously tight to the people who she cares about because shes afraid she'll lose them. Thats her weakness. she becomes irrational at the thought of losing them and will do anything to protect the ones she loves. She a young girl on the edge of adulthood travelling through adolescence. She may not always do the right thing or execute it correctly but this is part of life. We again learn from our mistakes. They are what make us who we are. Adolescence is about taking on new reponsibilities,viewing life differently, exploring new things as you let go of your saftey nets. Its about growing up and learning things may not go your way, but that you will fight even harder when things get tough. Its about staying strong and facing lifes dificulties, whatever they be. Elenas journey is currently this. Shes not always going to be perfect. I like that she isnt because to me that makes her real. I like that shes made mistakes and that we see her face the consequences. I like that despite everything she can still smile. That she still gets out bed. I like that even then she can be careless and forget about the world...because lets face it sometimes we all need a moment where we focus on our own needs. I like that she is lost and that shes struggling with her journey. I dont feel we see the extent of it though. That theres so many things that plague her mind yet she hides it away or pushes it aside. And that diary writing used to be her escape. But now im not sure what it is. And maybe thats Damon for her. And i think thats the normal thing for her to confide in her boyfriend about her worries and her successes. And i feel we see that happening slowly and damon allowing her to do so...not shutting her out. I feel like im repeating my thoughts with the damon meta i wrote. But i feel i can understand where shes coming from and why she does the things she does or why she doesnt. I feel the writers have so many things they can address when it comes to Elena. Anyway this is getting long and im on my mobilr again so when i have access to my laptop ill hopefully construct something more clear. |

Anna, Ruby, katvolley13Hey girls, just as the writers have painted Stefan & Damon as "hero/anti-hero" with black and white strokes. They painted Katherine & Elena as " b***/anti-b***. One totally self centered....the other totally self sacrificing. Now with the use of parallel SL's CD.& co. are starting to blur the lines. Elena's becoming more selfish and Katherine's starting to think of others (going back to save Jeremy) I know its taken 5 yrs to get to what I see is the point of the series. (It's about "choices" and nothing is "black and white") The "choices" part has been with us the entire series, choices have consequences....we've seen this theme again and again. This season through the use of parallel SL's...the writers are going to gray things up a bit. We'll see that all 4 characters share the same traits, but through their "choices" they decide how to express them. Anna, luck on your tests!
