SPOILER:
Thomas L.: Just when I was starting to like Father Kieran on The Originals he might die! Please tell me there's hope for him.
Well, you'll definitely see the poor guy suffer. A lot. "It's not pretty. We saw what happened to Sean in the past, his nephew," Julie Plec previews. "It's definitely not going to be an easy thing to overcome, you know, hexes and dark objects and all that witchy business – sometimes you wonder what's reversible and what isn't, so we'll have to wait and see on that one." Yikes.

SPOILER:
Question: Have we seen the last of Thierry on The Originals? —Laura
Ausiello: We have not. According to exec producer Julie Plec, the vamp will resurface later this season and could maybe-potentially-possibly “come in handy to one of our characters.”

I can’t wait for The Originals to come back. — Janelle Me neither! Maybe Elijah can, though, since he’ll face major repercussions for choosing to save Hayley over his siblings. “There is a guilt [and] shame attached to that,” executive producer Julie Plec says. “It definitely drives him hard to rescue his siblings in the next episode and to try to pull the family back together even as it’s under assault.” Unfortunately, the Original family won’t just be battling witches. The werewolves will join the fray in the latter half of the season.

SPOILER:
Is The Originals family screwed with these crazy witches? — Randy
Well, Klaus certainly is — but because of his own siblings. The good news: Klaus' new "condition" won't last very long. And when he recovers, his brother will have some major 'splaining to do. "For Elijah, it was very much a way of dealing with that immediate situation," Joseph Morgan says. "It was a way of getting Rebekah and Marcel out of that room alive and somewhere Klaus won't find them immediately. Elijah will then try to communicate with his brother why it had to happen."

SPOILER:
Any chance of Klaus getting a love interest on The Originals soon?
Not really, according to Joseph Morgan! "I feel like he is and sort of always has been a loner," he explains. "That doesn't mean there won't be liaisons with other characters, you know, he's not a hermit, but he finds it very difficult to relate to people." That being said, we're hearing of a flirtation coming up soon for Klaus.

www.buzzfeed.com/jarettwieselman/claire-holt-exits-the-originals The March 11 episode of The Originals ended with Rebekah Mikaelson (Claire Holt) driving off into the distance after being set free by her brother, Klaus (Joseph Morgan). But unlike she has in the past, this time Rebekah won’t make a U-turn and head back into the chaos of New Orleans; this was the last fans will see of the character for the near future.
BuzzFeed has confirmed that Episode 16, the aptly titled “Farewell to Storyville,” was Holt’s final installment as a series regular. According to sources close to production, it was entirely the actress’s decision to leave The Originals, but everyone involved with the freshman series hopes she might return for future guest appearances.

As much as I can't stand HAyley I adore the actress Phoebe Tonkin, she is stunning, soooo gracious. I still remember her as a teen in H2O Just add Water. And she as very elegant at the Paley Panel. WOW!!!!

SPOILER:
Who's going to be the first faction to break the treaty on The Originals? — Rebecca
Would you be surprised to hear it's Klaus? "The next episode [shows] the aftermath of a night when peace has been broken and Elijah realizes Klaus has been up to something behind his back," executive producer Julie Plec tells me. "They have it out with each other." So, no more brotherly love, then?

SPOILER:
Question: Diehard ‘Klaroline’ shipper here. Please tell me Klaus and Genevieve are just messing around and that their relationship on The Originals won’t last. — KC
Ausiello: Fear not, KC. Joseph Morgan recently set the record straight on Klaus’ true feelings, or lack thereof, for the witch who revealed his sister’s betrayal. “They’re two extremely damaged people who share a sense of self-loathing and they take it out on each other — sometimes physically, sometimes aggressively,” he explained. “Ultimately, a relationship like that can be fun, but it’s doomed, I would say, from the start.”
Thomas: Anything to tease on The Originals?
Prepare for more flashbacks, but this time, they're Marcel-centric! "We're doing them now for episode 20, "Charles Michael Davis spills. "It's actually flashbacks we were going to use in an earlier episode and the great thing was they watched them and they liked them so much they said we want to put them back. I'm really grateful for that!" Expect to learn a lot about his relationship with Klaus through the blasts from the past.

SPOILER:
I know Rebekah is gone from The Originals, but will we at least hear about her? Please tell me they’re not just going to pretend she doesn’t exist. —Anna
Keep an eye on your mailbox, Anna. “We’ll get the postcards from Kansas, and we’ll for sure see her again, God willing,” executive producer Julie Plec tells TVLine. “I don’t think it’s the last we’ve seen of Rebekah. It was just time for her to say goodbye and drive off into the proverbial sunset.” As for what you can expect from a Rebekah-less New Orleans, Plec says, “The absence of this sister from this family dynamic is going to make the brother dynamic even more fraught.” Wait, more fraught?
