10:00 p.m. “Quantico”- Scandal will replace Notorious at 9pm on Thursdays come midseason, while the current plan is to place The Catch at 10pm once How to Get Away With Murder ends its third season. - New drama Time After Time will replace Secrets and Lies at 9pm on Sundays once it finishes its ten-episode second season, which Dungey describes as "closed" and "even better than the first." - Still Star-Crossed, which will air at some point in midseason, was always intended to be placed there. Dungey didn't rule out the show finding a place on Thursday nights. - Dungey describes The Middle as a "fantastic anchor show" and is very excited to build a new comedy block around it on Tuesdays. That new block has been opened up as ABC are very proud of their comedy line-up, and looking at their development, it "seemed to make sense." - High praise for Kiefer Sutherland-starring Designated Survivor, calling it "a really cinematic hour of television." Production studios for both Castle and Nashville were looking for the best creative and financial reasons for an ninth and fifth season of the shows, respectively. ABC were looking for what fit best on their schedule, and in the end, the future for ABC "did not necessarily lie in those shows." - Dungey calls When We Rise, an eight-episode limited series set for February 2017, a "powerful" drama. - Agents of SHIELD's move to 10pm is "less about moving [it there], and more about being the right moment to open up a new [two hour comedy block]." Dungey says that the move will allow SHIELD to do some potentially darker things. - Sticking with Marvel, ABC "are in extensive conversations with Marvel. We're very excited about a few things we have in development." There is "nothing definitive as yet," however. - ABC are redeveloping pilots The Jury and Pearl, but have no plans at present to order any more pilots to series. - Dungey says that ABC are "not doing as big a gap strategy as in the past" this year, which means that the break between episodes over Christmas won't be as long as in recent years. www.spoilertv.com/2016/05/abc-announces-2016-17-primetime-schedule.htmlNew ABC 2016-17 Show - First Look Promos www.spoilertv.com/2016/05/new-abc-2016-17-show-first-look-promos.htmlNew ABC 2016-17 Shows - First Look Photos, Posters + Key Arts www.spoilertv.com/2016/05/new-abc-2016-17-shows-first-look-photos.html

wednesday Hmmm for some reason I can't really reply to posts on this forum anymore. (keep getting a google warning) Awww thats sweet! Love them both! Oth and gilmore girls! ( hehehe actually doing a rewatch of gg) I do believe gilmore girls will premiere in late December. I'm so excited! Yes i haven't really been keeping up to date with shows. I've been so bad. I'm just not in the mood. OH wow This is us sounds and feels very emotional! I love it! Hahah - you definitely know me Like i said I haven't been really watching much. I did watch A to Z. Which had a very himym feel. But sadly the show didn't make it. They should have at least gave it another season. But i don't think there would have been a happy outcome. I just want some new teen shows but all the teen shows are either superhero emphasized or non-existent. ;( Yeh i guess im just not feeling tv shows at the moment. Hopefully i'll wake up from this funk. It's really messing with me.

It's always fun to do re-watches of our favorite shows. I usually do that with Felicity & Roswell during the summer so I'll probably watch a few of my favorite episodes before the summer is out. I can't remember if you told me if you've seen either of those before? WoW! December! They've been talking about the show for forever I thought it'd be sooner than that. I guess I do! When I saw the promo I thought "This is right up Anna's alley!" We can be emotional messes together! I hope it's good! I'm just excited to see Justin Hartley back on my screen!!! I completely get where you're coming from with the shows. I dropped all but 3 this season. The shows they have lined up for the new season are the most I've been interested in in a long time so hopefully a few of them will stick for me. Of course most of them don't start until mid-season. I'm really excited about the new one with Arielle Kebbel "Midnight,Texas." You know how I love my spn shows which seem to be dying off. Did any of the other new ones interest you? Lately I've mostly been watching Hallmark movies and loving every minute of it!!! I'm also watching BATB & The Musketeers now that they've finally returned!! I plan on doing some reading soon.

I know you didn't quote me but I'm excited for Midnight Texas as well. I just wish it was on quicker and on a better channel that could do it more justice and give it more of a chance. Oh well I hope it's good and can at a least get a season two becuase like you said, "Supernatural shows seem to be a dying breed."

Oh that's quite alright! Please feel free to join in on a conversation even if you aren't tagged or quoted! It seems like they are holding some of the best shows for mid-season doesn't it! I know I'm not happy about them holding TO till then. I was really disappointed that the CW didn't pick up the pilot of Transylvania. It sounded really interesting and right up my alley!!! Are there any other new shows that you're looking forward to?

Anna Fall TV Spoilers 2016:
GILMORE GIRLS: A YEAR IN THE LIFE Series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino previously likened the four 90-minute chapters — “Winter,” “Spring,” “Summer,” and “Fall” — that comprise the Netflix continuation as mini-movies or “movie-lets,” as opposed to traditional episodes of television. And leading lady Lauren Graham tells us AS-P was absolutely speaking the truth. “Each one has a fairly big journey and are pretty distinct from each other,” she explains, singling out “Fall” — aka the revival’s quasi finale — as the installment that packs the most profound narrative punch. “‘Fall’ has the biggest events,” she shares. “It’s the culmination of the journey, so there are a lot of moments. And a lot of soul-searching and resolution. ‘Fall’ is very emotional.'” “Fall” also boasts those hotly anticipated final four words, and Graham warns fans to expect the unexpected. “I was surprised,” she confesses, before adding with a laugh. “I thought they would be, like, ‘Goodbye, Stars Hollow.'” Any other words we can safely rule out? Deadpans Graham: “‘I’m actually a vampire.’ End. Scene.” BONUS SPOILER!: AS-P spent a considerable amount of time planning and designing the “opening shot” of the premiere, “Winter,” because, as she explains, “It will be the first time we’ve seen Stars Hollow in a while, so I needed things to look a very specific way.” And by specific, we suspect (hope?) she means super Christmas-y. RETURN DATE: Friday, Nov. 25 at 3:01/2:01c (Netflix)
