MONDAY, OCTOBER 6
THE ORIGINALS
“Rebirth” – (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV)
REBUILDING HOMES AND RECRUITING NEW FAMILY — After months of being holed up inside his compound, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) enlists the help of Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) in plotting his revenge against the Guerrera werewolves, and vows to take down anyone who poses a threat to baby Hope’s existence. Elijah watches helplessly as Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) spirals downward while mourning the loss of her daughter and struggling to adapt to her new hybrid status. Exiled by the Guerrera werewolves, who now control the French Quarter, Marcel is still reeling over the destruction of his vampire family, and attempts to rebuild his home with the help of Josh (guest star Steven Krueger). Elsewhere, Cami (Leah Pipes), who is attempting to regain some normalcy in her life, seeks comfort in a surprising place. Last, Davina (Danielle Campbell) continues her plan to use Mikael (guest star Sebastian Roche) against Klaus, but gets sidetracked when she meets the mysterious, yet charming Kaleb (guest star Daniel Sharman), who holds a few secrets of his own. Lance Anderson directed the episode written by Marguerite MacIntyre & Julie Plec (#201). Original airdate 10/6/2014.

just finished watching it but I'm exhausted so i will elaborate how much i loved this episode and the big reveal at the end regarding Kalaeb! =) and Klaus painting with the blood of the dead wolves lol i love me some klaus hahahhaahahah =)

So I did pretty well remaining spoiler free for the premiere of The ORiginals. ANd omgawd! It was amazing! I loved it all! Auntie Bex was perfect THe Mikaelson brothers planning, adding marcel and cami to the mix. Davina looking pretty and flirting with kol which I a d o r e d. Seriously one glance was all it took. Now i can't wait for Nate to be back as the REAL Kol. The Originals actually being about the originals. Seems like a good idea. ahahah. Klayley bonding was amazing and perfect. I loved Klaus' speech to Hayley. If anyone can understand what she's going through its him. Elijah knows it and so does he. I was surprised they didn't drag the moonring story line out. And I'm actually quite happy with the outcome. They cleaned it out something tvd needed to do last season with the Silas' story line. Oh Well. HAhaha I love Hayley's story line so far. How she hates being a hybrid. And who shes become. Hope they touch more on it. Elijah being his sassy self again was pretty great. I missed it. Ummm can't think of anythign else. So I'll leave it there. Tell me what you thought of the ep.  |

Still, I'm pretty sure Klaus is the only one who would think to paint as a revenge strategy, so lots of points for creativity there. I liked that montage of Klaus slowly getting his strength back as the rings were removed (and body parts). |

I havn't been spoilered at all...neither with TVD nor with TO, and I intend it to remain that way... great, fast paced, volatile and dynamic season premiere...loved it!!! A pity Ollie didn't kick the bucket alongside the Guerrera werewolves....OMG that was so clever scheming... surprise surprise...Kol is back with a body switch too. It was so good to see Elijah, Klaus; Marcel, Josh and Cami back, Hayley meh...now she has identity problems, I guess she can't make anything right for me, good for her she killed naughty Franci Wolf!!! And now she has a problem with it. Elena 201  No thx. Otherwise have to rewatch, cos it was overwhelming!!! Next week may come soon, if you please, in fact asap!!! Cheers |

This episode was pretty amazing in the Originals usual style. I thought they would have stretched out the moon ring storyline but I guess they want to make the focus on the Original Family and Esther. I am very much so looking forward for the story lines this season.
Klaus!
My sexy Klaus has been hiding out because along with Elijah and it was driving Francheska mad which i liked.
Them all teaming up to take her out and her men was amazing and made the episode exciting as they executed their plan.
Elijah is classy and dangerous as always. Badass definitely badass.
Kalaeb is sexy and was definitely not expecting him to be KOL. I like him and I am excited to finally see him in a role where he can use his accent.
Davina looks amazing as well and I am glad she is on her own doing her own thing.
Hayley lost weight but she still looks good. I am enjoying her storyline as well and you can definitely see the struggle she is dealing with. I am glad Klaus was the one that gave her the speech she needed to hear. I enjoyed that scene very much and I even hoped for a hug between them but I guess we got what we got and I was ok with that.
Camille didn't get on my nerves and she even looks like she put on some weight. Her face looked chunky but still cute =) Her hair was on point. totally hating hahah.
Marcel teaming recruiting people by giving them the choice was kind of cool. Making sure its something they really want because he is looking for warriors.
My favorite scene was Klaus painting with the dead man's blood. Its like his strength took away his artistic block lol
