The CW has released a description for 1x14 "Long Way Back From Hell" which airs February 25th.
REBEKAH’S PAST CATCHES UP WITH HER — When Rebekah (Claire Holt) finds herself locked up in the sanatorium where she worked in 1919, she realizes a witch named Genevieve (guest star Elyse Levesque) is back to seek revenge and to reveal dark secrets that would destroy Rebekah if exposed. A distraught Elijah (Daniel Gillies) turns to Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) for help when one of his decisions puts Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Rebekah’s lives in danger. With time working against them, Marcel realizes he may hold valuable information that could lead them to Rebekah and Klaus, but revealing it will almost certainly result in deadly consequences.
Matt Hastings directed the episode written by Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson

woah what an intense episode!!!!!! i love the originals more and more KlausAlthough I know Klaus has done Rebekah dirty many times over and over again with daggering her etc, It was very sad to see him face the realization that Rebekah was the cause of them having the flee New Orleans in 1919. Joseph Morgan does a brilliant Klaus and I fall for it every single time.     the pain and betrayal in his eyes and face and how he was willing to give no mercy. Totally was digging the red head witch Genevieve and Klaus' chemistry. Way more then whatever they try to throw with Cami.   Elijah
Elijah continues to put a smile on my face with his classy badass self!!!! and can we point out this!!!! SHIRTLESS ELIJAH YES YOU KNOW HALEY wanted to see where else were there names on his body hahahhaah lol He is trying everything he needs to do to get his siblings back. and his reaction to Marcel when Marcel confessed the secret him and rebekah held about Mikael. Even though he feels betrayed he still feels the need to rescue rebekah from Klaus because he knows Klaus will kill her.  Haley... This Gif you go girl dont take crap from no one i tell ya. preggo and all!!!!  Rebekah rebekah rebekah... your brother finally realized what you did and you didnt want him to find out but you also did not want to give him the satisfaction in begging for mercy. their fight was awesome and Marcel and Elijah got to her in time but i feel Rebekah is spiraling out of control and she will soon face klaus' wrath.  |

Good and scary episode, it is definitely getting bloody and dark. I love this show.
I must admit that I was shocked because of Bex' betrayal of Klaus... summoning Mikael.
Have to rewatch.

This was not my favorite episode. Between TW this week & this asylum episode it's a wonder I got any sleep last night!  Yes I did feel for Klaus finding out about Rebekah's betrayal & Joseph was brilliant in the scene as always, but I can't really feel too much sympathy for him! Look at everything he's done to Rebekah! He's killed every guy she's ever cared about & he's daggered her for years when she found happiness with men not once but twice! We can't forget about Stefan either! How many times has he daggered her when he got angry & thrown a temper tantrum! I've lost count! Same thing goes for Elijah! I don't blame either one of them for doing anything like that. Yes it's horrible since Mikael is his greatest fear, but I can completely understand her reasoning behind it. However she did try to stop it so there is that to be said. She acted impulsively because that is the Mikaelson way, but she did come to her senses. She didn't want to hurt Elijah either. She & Marcel better haul a** for right now! I don't know how long Elijah is going to be able to keep Klaus down! Elijah!  Yep I pretty much had the same expression Hayley did! WOW! Can we have more scenes like that!  He was badass in this episode! Why do they even bother!  It is a shame that Genevieve is bad because I agree with you Ruby, she & Klaus actually had chemistry! Cami!   And Hayley! You go girl! She is one hot Mama! If she's this protective over her werewolf family, imagine how she's going to be with her baby!  |
