Okay Sounds Cool! =) I know you have alot of shows that you help us keep upto date with wednesday. Thank you for that <3 So Agents of Sheild was awesome. I loved all the Avenger references and I thought Skye at first was another super hero but Im kind of glad she wasnt and in the end they recruited her to be an Agent! I think a future romance might stir up with Skye and the New Agent...I forgot his name -_- Coulson it was so great to see you!!!! And I wonder where they really sent him because he thinks it was tahiti but im not sure thats where they really sent him but rather what they made him believe. Did they mention how he survived the events of NY? I loved how Coulson used the truth serum on the New Agent. Again forgot his last name. Great first episode. definitely looking forward to the season and I think I might DVR The Agents of Shield because The Originals will be airing Tuesday and trust me The Agents of Shield wont be needing my ratings. They will have the rest of the worlds lol so I will give my live rating to the Originals since its a smaller network etc.

Loved the movie references. Having a weekly show set in the same universe and giving them an avenue to use smaller heroes is great. Also thought Skye was going to be superpowered but she's just a really good hacker. I like the tech-science pairing as well going on with the other 2 agents.
Wondering who the group is that was funding the research. Gamma radiation, Super Soldier serum, Chitauri tech and Extremis mixed into one package? I'm going to say A.I.M. (in IM3) or HYDRA (in Captain America) given the ingredients.
I'm thinking Coulson is a clone. No way he survived that attack from Loki in Avengers.
I like the vibe of the show. Kind of light with serious elements + super powers + a kind of spy angle going for it with the the tech and fighting. Originals might lose out on Tuesdays for me and it sucks. But I blame CW entirely FOR PUTTING THE DAMN SHOW ON TUESDAY INSTEAD OF THURSDAY AFTER TVD.

Ahhhh yes a lightbulb popped in my head when you said Coulson might be a clone. it could definitely be possible and thats what he doesnt know. There was speculation that he might be vision. if thats the correct name.

Yeah, Vision is who people were thinking he'd play. Avengers 2 is called 'Age of Ultron' and Ultron creates Vision so I don't know how the Coulson theory would angle in there. I think early reports are that Hank Pym/Ant Man doesn't create the MCU's Ultron despite having a movie coming (Phase 3; everything else currently announced is Phase 2 I believe). Think Ultron may end up being a Stark project gone rogue.

'May' is her name and she was great this episode. I made sure to get familiar with the names this episode: May is the agent they pulled out of retirement, Ward is the field agent/Mr. I Work Alone, Fitz is the techie/male part of the duo with Simmons being the biologist/female half. Others are givens (Coulson and Skye). Really want to know what happened in May's past to give her such a rep and to make her retire, not wanting to see combat again (she was pissed at Coulson).
Right now, Ward is the only one that kind of bothers me because of the above bit about going on about 'I do better on my own'. I *LOVE* Fitz and Simmons though. Skye, Coulson and May are also great to me but Ward needs to work on his thing. Great at combat but his attitude needs to change which I expect to happen as he spends more time with the group and gets away from his 'loner' mentality.
I was disappointed to see Skye is a double agent and was just there to infiltrate SHIELD. I can already see the fallout of this: she'll get close with the gang and when she's needed to do something, she'll side with them against the Rising Tide but she'll be outed as a spy and the gang will lose trust in her but welcome her back eventually after she does something to help them. Textbook I know but I'm going to hate when it happens either way cause right now, I'm enjoying the characters and know it's going to hurt them all.
Surprised Fury made an appearance this early, chewing Coulson out about the hole in the plane. Hill was in the first episode (and since HIMYM is ending, she could become more of a regular) but I'm now wondering just how plausible it is for other cameos if they're needed (Stark, Banner, Rogers).

I don't like Ward's whole 'Agent' attitude. The 'they don't have the training so I need to do everything' crap. We get you're the field agent but cut that crap out.
So May was bothered about the plan needing 2 agents in the field and having to see combat but Coulson took up the 2nd spot. May didn't like either option though (being back in the field or having Coulson go) but it seems she's going to put the former aside and has told Coulson next time another field agent is needed, she's ready. She also says after Coulson walks away saying he saw combat with the Avengers, that he died. Throughout, we saw that he had trouble ejecting the bullet in the chamber of weapons, saying he was 'rusty'. Wondering what this leads to and what the revelation is to who's up and about as Coulson. Quinn was saying that SHIELD likes to take tech and such for themselves while deeming it too dangerous for others so I'm wondering if Coulson might be something of this sort now (going with that theory of the Vision who is an android; Coulson right now could be a test run).
Nice to see after her first mission, Skye is going to put in some more training. She had a job offer from Quinn but is sticking to SHIELD right now and I'm wondering if she's working for someone else, they're way higher up on the food chain or her job with SHIELD is just too important to lose out on now.
Dr. Hall (?) I imagine is coming back since it doesn't seem like he's dead. I'd have to look up if he's a carry over from the comics but I'm surprised Coulson did what he did. In the end, Coulson made the right call: one for millions. Hall was trying to sink the island/country just so no one could have the graviturium (?) and Coulson wasn't going to let him risk millions just to keep it out of other people's hands.

So the truth about Skye being in SHIELD for other reasons came to light. One of their Hong Kong agents said that SHIELD was hacked by Rising Tide again and Skye opted to help figure it out only leading to an old boyfriend/friend/fling of hers. She tips him off and then chews him out about hacking SHIELD while she's in (and has sex with him) only to find out that Coulson had May tail her. Everyone is pretty much hurt by this news and Fitz & Simmons pretty much have a hard time understanding it cause she's been with them all this time and they all consider each other friends.
So the info that Skye's ex stole was sold to 'Centipede', an 'eco' organization from before that was working with the new Extremis serum/cocktail. They needed info/a location on a super that SHIELD was keeping tabs on that could create and control fire cause he was a good candidate to help Centipede solve the volatile state of their serum (if you've seen IM3 or remember the first episode of SHIELD, Extremis subjects have the tendency to explode/are unstable). They also stole Chan's ability for his body to make him immune to fire which I'm sure they'll reverse engineer as well. Kind of feel sorry for him though. He loved magic, had an ability he could use to that end but because of SHIELD and then Centipede stepping in and 'hyping' him up that he could be 'big', he went over the edge + the combination of being/feeling juiced up by the serum.
Back to Skye, I'm actually glad she's not some sort of double agent/spy, but is simply looking for answers about her parents. One of the only clues she has is a document that's redacted by SHIELD, hence her joining up. Coulson says he can help but the lies and trust issues are obviously going to be an issue with everyone. We saw how Ward blew her off (I'm off the clock) when they were getting along so well at the start of the episode, and we know he wasn't too hot on her to begin with joining up cause of the whole Rising Tide thing (and May was also questioning it). Coulson went out on a limb for her and he was pissed about this but once again, I'm glad her intentions aren't malicious, just looking for info on her family (who could be SHIELD agents or supers themselves).
So...a 2 week wait on this as well =\ Networks know how to make me mad...-_-
I'm imagining that with Centipede now having a complete serum, or on their way to doing so, SHIELD themselves will need some supes to help out in some capacity. We saw what Scorch could do juiced up and this was him with a sort of handicap (his ability to be immune to his own fire). If Centipede can find some other supes and get them to work for them, juiced up as well, I think it'll be a bit too much for our little team to take care of, especially since only 3 of the 6 have real combat training/experience (May, Coulson and Ward). It's a longshot for cameo/appearances but it'd be a great opportunity for Stark and Banner to make an appearance. Stark for his experience with Extremis and Banner for his with Gamma radiation if they are indeed using that in the serum (which I think was mentioned in the pilot when they were trying to figure out what they were messing with).

Slash the good thing about the two week break is you get to watch the originals next week haha. I liked this episode alot. I actually believed Skye in the beginning about not knowing and was like Aw man when they show her in Miles house afterwards. When they find her there I was so disappointed for her especially the way ward defended her by saying he believed her in the beginning and then he can't even look at her in the eyes afterwards. Turns out Miles (which any One tree Hill fans would see it was Julian) was lying to Skye and sold the information for a million bucks. I had no idea what they were going to do with Skye but I'm glad Coulson came down hard on her because he put himself out there for her. I'm also glad she confessed why she decided to stay with SHIELD which was to continue to look for her parents but now she had to earn their trust back as well as learning how to trust them in helping her. It would be really cool to see her parents are in fact agents. I was kind of scared the guy in jail might be related to her because they showed him right after her scene but it's too soon to tell. So she puts on the bracelet that basically restrains her from touching a computer? She willingly put it on so that's her first step in getting back on the team's good side. I also felt bad for the science twins.(cant remember their names right now) They looked sincerely hurt by the revelation she could possibly be playing them.

So in last night's episode, it seems like everyone else came back around to Skye still being on the team (mainly Fitz, Simmons and Coulson; May wasn't shown to have any opinion it seems) except for Ward who was still giving her a hard time. Stay annoying Ward. He has his moments but he's got glaring problems for me that just weigh his character down compared to everyone else.
I know they weren't going to kill off a main character this early but still, this episode had it's moments since it was Simmons who was hanging in the balance. I just knew that small zap was going to come back and bite her and it did. A hidden virus in a Chitauri helmet from the battle in New York, something that the Chitauri were likely immune to, suddenly surfaced when the firefighters who kept it thought it was rusting. I have to say, even the scene with Coulson and the firefighter in his last moments was good. Coulson talking about what happened to him and trying to assure him, then the firefighter telling him he better get going, with May listening in to all of it. It seems Coulson knows something is up but May still seems to be trying to kind of cover up the entire thing by just passing it off as the injury changing you (seems she had a similar incident in the field that led to her taking a desk job and getting out of the field. Want to know more about her past and the history with Coulson).
So Fitz and Simmons have been together for the longest and probably haven't been apart in any/much capacity in some time. Fitz puts himself at risk to help Simmons by going into the lab and helping her work out a anti-serum after they figure out the whole Chitauri immunity thing. When they think the final test fails, Simmons asks for some time alone with Fitz and then knocks him out so she can jump out of the plane, averting risk to everyone else when she 'pulses'/dies and because SHIELD has prioritized getting the Chitauri helmet on board cause they need to study it in case they themselves need to work out a serum/vaccine for an outbreak. When Fitz comes to, he sees the last mouse they tested on was just knocked out from the 'pulse' (which they thought killed him) and makes an attempt to go after Simmons who just jumped out of the plane. Ward rushes in (who was beating himself up after settling back in with Skye cause this virus was something he couldn't physically beat up and protect the team from), grabs the parachute and anti-serum from Fitz and jumps out after Simmons, making it to her and time.
After the 2 are recovered, Coulson chews out Simmons for doing something like that. He knew the protocols and that SHIELD wanted the helmet but as we saw when they landed and handed over the helmet, Coulson has a very specials spot for his team, which seems out of character to people who know him. Agent Blake (?) says that next time, SHIELD might take away his new team and Coulson says he'd like to see them try. Sounds like Coulson is putting his team above protocol and orders now.
I loved the development in this episode and overall for the series but Ward still is really the only major kink for me. Everyone else is fine/great but Ward's agent attitude is a huge downer.

Yes I enjoyed the episode last night.
It was hard to watch Simmons potentially dying and how fitz went about it still willing to help her.
I actually like ward this episode because he opened up a bit even if hes still being Hard on Sky.
I liked how he felt helpless because he could not help Simmonz with something he couldnt see but ended up saving her when she jumped out.
I feel like fitz will be beating himself up bc he couldnt be the one to jump out to get her.
Also them imitating ward was hilarious.
I liked Mays and Coulsons scene about him feeling different.
I wonder if May does know anything we do not.
They have seemed to purposely hint at or mis direct us with the words feeling rusty amd too much iron. Regarding Coulson...
