It looks like Elena is trying to trigger Stefans memory by replaying scenes that have happened between them. (And I think this is something that has been discussed with Damon and henceforth maybe not considered Cheating) Or it could be a dream sequence or like a Diary reenactment, like Stefan is reading his diary and imagines what could have happened. |

yeah this one looks like a falshback  why would they be back in Highschool and why would she come out of the men's restroom again? but she is wearing her present time clothes... so.... that's weired |

I will definitely enjoy my Stelena moments in this episode.
I do think Elena is trying to help Stefan regain his memory by taking him to places, like the bridge where he saved her, to see if it will jog something. I believe Elena does kiss Stefan, just to see if it affects him or her maybe.

Ok, so everyone knows that 504 the triangle is going to lean DE direction, right? Last Ep it tilted more SE and most of the new gifs and web clips hint an SE slant. So it's a done deal, DE reaffirmed thur. I'm curious what the big emotional event will be, any guesses??  I'm gona be shocked if Damon is eager for Stefan to get his memories back. Maybe he isn't selfish any more...........nah lol |

I think the kiss/ almost kiss is katherine. You just know how the writers like to fakeout these promos. Just look at last eps webclip with Damon and Elena in bed discussing her dream. They cut at the crucial moment to make out that Damon doesn't care about Stefan. Look at how much attention the fandom gave that tiny snapshot. This is why I try not to watch them, taken out of context, they mean nothing.

I actually have no doubt that Damon would like for Stefan to have his memories back .Hes loves his brother in his own way. I believe Damon will be upto speed with Elena trying to help Stefan regain his memories. I am not sure if he knows what exactly she has in mind but he will try his own methods as well clueing in that car accident maybe to get his memories back through impact. Although I would love to see a Stelena Kiss I am not getting my hopes up to see it actually happen and I dont believe its Katherine because their hair is definitely different now. They making the promo heavily Stelena but like damonsgirl said they are usually misleading. |

I'm interested in seeing how Stefan will interact with everyone when he doesn't know who they are. Even himself. Like will we see a different Stefan like one who doesn't care if he kills for food or compels. I have a feeling we will be seeing the real Stefan now. And im excited for that. Cause as the show has progressed I never felt I saw the real Stefan. I always felt he was hiding his true self never fully comfortable in his own skin or maybe he's never been happy for long...like truly content in life. Like when Lexi was around and told us about the Stefan who went skinny dipping and partied hard, enjoyed music...This entire other person. And maybe he just played the act around Lexi and that wasn't who he really was but now with his memory loss maybe we will see who Stefan is. *im excited*
