@moshe Yeah Aiden is going to be a series regular! Definitely want him & Emily together! I think Jack loved faux Amanda too & will still be angry at Emily. I mean who wouldn't be. She pretty much messed with his head! You're right about one thing, he isn't smart enough for Emily. But the writers also make him look like an idiot. You'd think he would go to his 2 best friends who would help him out in a heartbeat with his money problems with no strings attached & ulterior motives, but no who does he get into bed with? The Ryan brothers & Conrad! How stupid can you get! So actually he had a hand in Amanda's death, by getting involved with them! You don't have to worry about Ashley because she is being written off. Actually I think she will be killed off in the premiere if I'm not mistaken. I think someone is & if I had to guess it will be her. So goodbye Ashley. Don't get me started on Daniel! Yuck, yuck yuck! Can't stand him! I wish he was the one being killed off & Patrick could replace him as the new son! I could definitely handle Justin Hartley sticking around permanently! Someone from Daniel's past is coming on so hopefully that will distract him away from Emily! It's funny you mentioned Count of Monte Cristo because I thought the same thing! Great minds think alike! I totally understand your love for Nolan now! I feel the same way! There are no words! Like I said before, he totally steals the show. I didn't hate Padma. I didn't trust her 100% & then we had good reasons not too, but then you found out why she was doing it & I felt so sorry for her! She really did love Nolan & he loved her too. Him finding out about what happened to her just killed me when he lost it. Aiden went off on Trask for killing his sister & Colleen! Go Aiden! I kinda felt the opposite about Emily. I think she was more harsh in S1 than S2. I don't like how she treated Nolan & Amanda at times. Would a simple thank you kill her every now & then! She's shown more emotion since Aiden entered the picture. Nolan will be out of jail if you read the spoilers I posted. I'm nervous about who Emily is suppose to marry! It says that when the show premiers that it will start out with her & Daniel in Paris! And Aiden's with Victoria!

SPOILER
Question: I’m so excited for Season 3 of Revenge — any scoop? —Simona
Ausiello: The words “The Initiative” — aka the symbol for everything that went wrong with Season 2 — will be uttered once in the Season 3 premiere. And then NEVER. AGAIN. “Conrad sort of said in the season finale that it never really existed in the first place,” notes new showrunner Sunil Nayar. “So we’re going to embrace that reality and go forward that way.” Nayar, meanwhile, confirms that the first episode will flash forward to Emily’s wedding day, although it won’t be immediately clear if it’s Daniel she’s marrying. “You’re going to see something spectacular happen,” he teases, “and we’re going to [build toward] that in the first half of the season.”
Thank you! No more Initiative! Confused the hell out of me! That spectacular happening better be her & Aiden!

ETonline: How much of a time jump is there in the season premiere?
Emily VanCamp: It's about six months later, but it doesn't play a major part aside from knowing Nolan is in prison, the Graysons are broke, Conrad is governor. The idea behind that is to skip some of the boring stuff and get people back into their community of crazy people.
ETonline: What are you excited for Revenge fans to see in season three?
Emily VanCamp: I think they're going to be really happy we're going back to our roots. We're simplifying. We're trying to play more on the characters' emotions than working in big, Initiative storylines with people we don't know. We're honing in on these central characters and watching them brawl ... and along the way, Emily Thorne takes a bullet.

More from ETonline Interview with Emily VanCamp
After a lackluster second season, Revenge is going back to its roots for season three, according to star Emily VanCamp. That involves refocusing on the original cast, something that will happen without show creator Mike Kelley, who left the ABC drama after season two (writer Sunil Nayar is taking the reins this year).
ETonline: What excites you about Revenge under Sunil's leadership?
VanCamp: He's really taking Revenge back to its roots. Old-school take-downs. Emily is fired up. She's been given an ultimatum by Jack to get this done by summer because he's completely uncomfortable with what she's doing, and having the knowledge of what she's doing. He doesn't want to see anyone else suffer at the hands of her plan, so he gives her a timetable, which makes her put a very specific plan into action. I can't say what that plan is, but we start the season with a flash-forward of Emily laying in a pool, with blood surrounding her. Later this year we'll pull back on that shot and you'll see the whole environment, but it could be the beginning of the end for Miss. Thorne.
ETonline: So Jack definitely heard Emily reveal she is Amanda? Some people were worried the show would back out of that admission.
VanCamp: Oh yes, Jack knows who she is. Jack heard. That relationship is incredibly tense when we come back. We see the first moment they see one another since she told him and it's really charged. They've always had this incredibly intense chemistry, but he never knew why. Yet that doesn't take away from the fact he's incredibly livid with what she's done, and it's interesting to see who Amanda Clarke is through his eyes as an adult because you do start to see how crazy she is. How this sociopathic behavior, who was born out of trauma, is ingrained in her. The way she describes what she's doing without a hint of thinking it's immoral, makes Jack basically say, "Girl, you are crazy!" [laughs] As an audience, you really start to get a sense of how deeply this need to get revenge is in her soul.
ETonline: Will Emily ever use Jack to get Revenge?
VanCamp: I had a conversation with Sunil at the very start of this season about that very thing. I told him that Emily will do anything to protect Jack, so to involve him in her plans is completely out of character and makes no sense to me. If anything, she takes a step back from Jack and tries to keep him out of it as much as possible. The minute she uses Jack to get revenge, her integrity is gone. He is Emily's one connection to her past, so we cannot go there.
ETonline: Justin Hartley joins this season as Patrick, Victoria's long-lost son. How does Emily react to his arrival?
VanCamp: Emily's goal is to turn Victoria's children against her, so he's in her sights. But, there's something very interesting between Patrick and Victoria. It's kind of creepy.
ETonline: Like incestuous?
VanCamp: Almost. Like, it could totally go there. But I think that's a result of Victoria struggling so hard to hang on to her children and to make things right in her mind. This is someone new she can redeem herself with. It's a fascinating relationship that's so profound for Victoria. And the moment Emily sees that, it's attack mode. She wants to get Patrick on her side, but he's surprisingly unwilling to go against Victoria.

I wonder how they will all get along and what Patricks agenda might be... BTW I was soo sad when Declan died in the season finale. And I wasn't even his biggest fan while he lived. Of course not the same reaction like the one I had when Jeremy died on TVD What do you all think of that pester Regina? And wasn't Allisons dad bad on Revenge as one of the Ryan brothers.

Don't even talk about Regina, moshe12. She came out of no where, for no reason and now she's probably never going to be seen again! What was her point!? Nolan is going to be in jail when the show comes back? They have to let him out in episode 1. The show isn't the same without him doing his thing...

She did come out of no where! I can only hope we never see her again. I think Charlotte is still pregnant when she comes back from Europe. She's going to be a very different person which is good. I hope she finds out what was really behind the bombing of Grayson Global. As far as Nolan these are from the spoilers I posted before so I'm assuming it won't be long. Lest we forget that we last saw Nolan being arrested and heading to jail, Mann wouldn’t reveal how long he’d be in the big house and - while he teased we will see Nolan in orange - he also said that Nolan’s “absolutely going to be out and with a mission. He’s now got his own reason beyond just his dedication to Emily to absolutely want to make Victoria Grayson’s life an utter hell.”

SPOILERS: Including Nolan's 'Slutty' Turn, Victoria's 'Warped' Son and More!
Five Hamptons-tinged scooplets — courtesy of stars Gabriel Mann, Madeleine Stowe and Barry Sloane — are any indication, the show appears to be on the right track.
DON’T CALL IT A REBOOT | Without specifically mentioning the aforementioned R-word, Mann notes that this year will bring Revenge “back-to-basics.” This upcoming batch of episodes are “certainly a revisiting of everything people really came to enjoy about the show in Season 1.” Calling this season more “streamlined,” Stowe notes that, “It’s going to really involve the interpersonal relationships of the characters; that’s what the show is intended to be.”
BRINGING SEXY (AND SLUTTY!) BACK | “Aside from his best partner-in-crime Emily — which is really the place where he holds the most love – Nolan’s not looking to get too attached,” Mann teases playfully. “So, we may see a new, slutty phase that he’s going through.” As for the NolCorp helmer’s rarely seen former love Marco, “We haven’t seen him return yet” in Season 3, the scene-stealer shares.
LIKE MOTHER, LIKE SON? | Is Victoria’s long-lost offspring the spitting image of his devious mom? Justin Hartley’s character “is going to be interesting because he appears to be sunny and bright, but this is Revenge, so….” Stowe muses. “I have a feeling that if he comes from Victoria, there is something very warped there!” That said, the mother-son duo are enjoying “a very loving relationship” at the start of the season. (Bonus tease: “Justin’s one of the first people to get his clothes off,” Mann reveals.)
FREEBIRD | Referring to his character’s brush with the law in last season’s finale, Mann jokes, “I think a miserable season of Nolan crying in prison would really not be the path that we’re setting up.” Instead — and along similarly slutty lines, “This [year] is everything we started to do in Season 1, with just a buttload of sex thrown on top of it — which to me was always a missing element. When you’re doing a show like this, you want to see these people get naked. You want to see them mix it up in creative ways.”
STRANGE BEDFELLOWS | Aiden is “in a place he’s not been before” when we next see him, Sloane offers. “He’s ‘in bed with the enemy’ a little bit.” The enemy being? “I have been working with Madeleine a lot,” he laughs.

SPOILERS:
Question: Any details on how Ashley will be written off Revenge? —Geoffrey
Ausiello: Despite portrayer Ashley Madekwe’s very public plea that her character “die in a blaze of glory,” showrunner Sunil Nayar tells us that Ash — who will depart in the show’s Sept. 29 opener —will live to see another day. “We’re not killing her,” he reveals. “We’d never do that! She’s too great a character. As sad as we are to bid her farewell at the moment, you’ll see that the way we resolve her storyline now gives her an opportunity to come back with her own revenge agenda.”
Question: Can you tease any good Emily-Victoria moments in the Revenge premiere? —Joyce
Ausiello: I could, but I’m going to let Emily VanCamp do the honors. “We have a moment where we actually band together,” previews the actress. Of course, like most of the truces forged by the sworn enemies, this one is short-lived. “We put up this united front and then, after whatever it is is taken care of, it’s like, ‘OK, I’m outta here,’” VanCamp says with a laugh. “But it’s nice to be able to play something [civil] with Madeline [Stowe] because [Emily and Victoria] are always at odds each other. And I hate it because I love Madeline so much. We’re so evil to each other.”

SPOILER:
Phoebe: Clearly, Emily is faking her own death this season of Revenge, because there is no way they would kill off the star, right?
We wouldn't be so sure about that. Emily VanCamp did tell us that this season is "the beginning of the end of Emily Thorne." Ominous, no? True, it's a long shot that ABC would ever get rid of their leading lady, but it sounds like the writers do have some old tricks up their sleeves. "It's going back to season one," VanCamp says, adding that the love square or "rhombus" is back in full force. "It refocuses her conflict with the Graysons," she reveals. As for Nolan, Gabriel Mann tells us that his character's new trend this season will be "orange for prison jumpsuits."
