I thought the episode was very good & loved Ariel as well. Glad she is going to be sticking around for a little bit. I like the actor that played Eric. He guest starred on an episode of SPN which turned out to be one of my favorites, but I don't think he was right for this part.

SPOILER:
Natalie: I absolutely adored JoAnna Garcia on last night's Once Upon a Time! Please tell me that we are going to be seeing more of Ariel?
You're in luck fairytale fan! We recently chatted with The Little Mermaid and she promised us that we will definitely be seeing this fin-tastic new character in a few more episodes this season. Also did you know that JoAnna Garcia and Jennifer Morrison are off-screen besties? Emma and Ariel will soon be sharing scenes together as well…

SPOILER:
Layla: I just can't get enough of Once Upon a Time's magic. I look forward to this show every week! What's coming up?
Land, ahoy! My oh my, what do we see here dearies? We've snagged a first look photo (above) straight from the Once Upon a Time set and it looks like our characters are finally back in our favorite little town: Storybrooke! Hmm, and apparently Rumple is mighty pissed off with one Lost Boy. Is it just us, or does Pan look a little bit older to any of you Neverland fans? Aging or not, it is very interesting to see Pan in our beloved fairytale-filled town.

SPOILERS:
Do you have anything on Once Upon a Time that isn’t related to one ‘ship or another? –Lauren
Wrap your magic bean around this one: For Episode 14, the show is casting the possibly recurring role of a teenage African-American female who comes across as skittish and timid, having had her naturally curious and determined spirit tempered by years of crippling fear. That said, when put to the test, this lass can reach within and summon the strength to be a hero.
Once Upon a Time Exclusive: Henry's Recently Expanded Family Tree Will Grow Even More
Once Upon a Time's most magical family tree is poised to grow — even beyond the new addition of Peter Pan as Rumpelstiltskin’s father and recent “baby talk” between Snow White and Prince Charming,

Once Upon a Time' casts 'Covert Affairs' star Christopher Gorham in key guest star role
In Season 3′s midseason premiere, Gorham will guest-star as an “important character in the life of Emma Swan,” EW.com reports.
And though Gorham’s gig on the ABC drama is described as brief, EW.com also says it could lead to additional future appearances.
Once Upon a Time‘s spring premiere, which airs March 9 (following a 12-week winter hiatus), is titled “New York City Serenade” — name-checking a city only visited before in conjunction with Neal. But then again, series cocreator Adam Horowitz, when sharing the episode’s title, teased it’s “not what you think”:

SPOILERS:
Question: I was wondering if you had any scoop on Emma and Hook’s relationship on Once Upon a Time? –Laura
Ausiello: Once cocreator Eddy Kitsis told Matt Mitovich that with Henry’s life now on the line more than ever, Emma will be squarely focused on the dire present, with no thought given to her romantic future. Hook and Neal, meanwhile — sharing as they do a quite complicated past of their own – will arrive at some sort of agreement in the Dec. 8 episode. Says Kitsis, “You’ll see how they’re going to deal with each other and with Emma in, I think, a surprising way.”
Question: Will we get to see in the next half of this season of Once Upon a Time how Regina adopted Henry and how she raised him? — abz
Ausiello: That bit of backstory will be revealed this Sunday, and it’s at least a two-hanky affair, as Mayor Mills struggles to bond with her procured bambino. But what you may find surprising is who almost adopted wee Henry instead.

SPOILERS: Once Upon a Time Preview: Will a 'Bomb Under the Table' Blow Up the Storybrooke Reunions?
tvline.com/2013/12/03/once-upon-a-time-season-3-spoilers-peter-pan-in-storybrooke/#!1/jennifer-morrison-jared-s-gilmore/
Question: Can you offer up any clues on the location/setting for the second half of Once Upon a Time Season 3 (premiering March 9)? Will it take place entirely in Storybrooke, or will there be trips to another never-before-seen world? — abz
Ausiello: Better than clues, we have cold, hard facts. More akin to Season 1′s storytelling, “The second half [of Season 3] will take place between Storybrooke and the Enchanted Forest,” series cocreator Eddy Kitsis told Matt Mitovich. In other words, EP Adam Horowitz underscored, “It’s not a ‘journey to another land’ paradigm” à la the Neverland arc concluding Dec. 15. “We always have the ability and the desire to dip into other lands, which it’s more than likely we shall do,” Horowitz added, “but it will be in the way that we’ve done it in the past, as opposed to locking all of our characters onto a boat and sending them [to a new realm].”

CASTING NEWS: Once Upon a Time Alexandra Metz as Rapunzel Things will get a bit hairy on Once Upon a Time when the ABC drama introduces its take on Rapunzel. And filling the iconic role will be ill-fated Originals witch Alexandra Metz.
Metz will make her debut in the 14th episode of Season 3 — aka soon into the second half, which premieres March 9 — and though nothing at this time is confirmed, there is always the option for additional future appearances.
In addition to her short arc as The Originals‘ Katie, Metz’s TV credits include Chicago Fire and episodes of The Good Wife and Gossip Girl.
SPOILER:How long before people figure out that Peter Pan is in Henry's body on Once Upon a Time? — Missy
NATALIE: It won't be very long at all. "Emma can tell immediately something is off and tries to justify it because he's been through a lot; he's been traumatized in certain ways. He's been with Pan and the Lost Boys in the forest for so long, so there's a lot of justifying going on basically," Jennifer Morrison tells me. "She's not sure what but she knows something's wrong." Look for the famous storybook to help Emma figure it out.
Once airs Sundays at 8/7c, with its fall finale scheduled for Dec. 15.
