Yep I agree. I want them to fail on natural things big time. He just doesn't want to be part of Elena's life. He just wants Elena but he cannot get her without her friends and Jeremy and her ongoing love for Stefan. Damon cannot pretend to be all happy about Jeremy and Elena's friends for long. He'll realize that this is not what he wants and she will realize that sex is not everything she wants in life Couldn't add a thing Kiki, you summed up exactly my feeling on their demise. As long as their relationship continues to be written in it's present form and not much outside the bedroom, I think that's where the show going. Funny thing happened last night, I went to VD.net to see what was new(wading through pages of TO to find TVD, lol) And they had just posted spoiler for 505, read it and something jumped right out that I had to comment on. Started to type and noticed napoli was one of the 2 posters and had just posted what I was thinking, almost word for word. (Henry IIIV and Ann) Cracked me up. The girl's just too fast on the draw. yep napoli is thinking of everything. I would never have thought about Henry and Ann but I am sure the writers know the fans who love the guessinggames and they didn't choose these names accidently ;-)

Kiki, definitely not by accident, but to take it as foreshadowing would be taking the bait. One thing bothered me about the synopsis, there was no mention of Stefan. I thought my boy would be out of the box by ep 3. Probably left that out not by accident also. lol

Kiki, or he forgot how to dance, just so he's not sill in the box. Enjoy tonight!! I think TVD is missing a shot not having Stilas show up at Whittmore as Damon. Silas too lol

Official synopsis: COSTUME PARTY OF THE DAMNED — On campus, Elena (Nina Dobrev) is touched by a sad and secretive student named Aaron (guest star Shaun Sipos). Elena and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) attend the Whitmore Historical Ball dressed as Anne Boleyn and Henry VIII. At the Ball, Elena shares a dance with Dr. Maxfield (guest star Rick Cosnett), who has a disturbing message for her. Caroline’s (Candice Accola) evening at the Ball takes her from happiness to heartbreak. Meanwhile, Nadia (guest star Olga Fonda) reveals her surprising history to Katherine (Nina Dobrev), and Damon tries to make a deal with Silas (Paul Wesley). Silas’ demand that Damon commit an unthinkable act leads to a violent confrontation. Kat Graham and Zach Roerig also star. Kellie Cyrus directed the episode written by Sonny Postiglione (#505). What if Nadia is related to Katherine and Elena? Like lets say Katherine's long lost Daughter? Just saw the theory floating around lol

Just saw the theory floating around lol "She was part of The Travellers, though she never considered herself one"This could be a clue for something And she also showed Vampiric powers when fighting Elena so she could be a witch or vampire or something new ( Long shot but for all we know she could be a Guardian from the books i didn't read them so i pretty much only know a little bit of them )

“Everything goes terribly wrong due to a deal Damon (Ian Somerhalder) made with the devil, i.e., Silas (Paul Wesley),” executive producer Caroline Dries told TV Guide Magazine. “Damon realizes what he wants is the same thing Silas wants — but for different reasons — and that maybe they can use each other to achieve their goals.” And don’t think the Mystic Falls crew is going to survive the night without something tragic happening. Caroline says Damon’s going to screw up in regards to pleasing Elena and that’s going to lead to a super intense moment. “Things get very bad for one main character,” Caroline teased. “The last scene is a heart-stopper.”I hope it's not Stefan again, we just got him back...

What could Damon and Silas both want? Break the link between Stefan and Silas? Damon would be the good brother and wants Stefan to get his memory back and Silas wants his power back... Break the doppelgänger connection? That's something Damon would want but why would Silas want it? Kill Quetsiyah? So the spells she made would disappear? No more Stefan-Silas link and no more "other side"... but she didn't create the doppelgänger connection so that wouldn't help Damon much except if he's a good brother Stefan might get his memory back or at least get rid of beeing connected to Silas What can bring Damon to do something that's not going to please Elena since pleasing Elena is all he is focused on lately. If she gets really angry I guess Damon brings either Jeremy or Stefan in danger.

First Stills from Monster's Ball Is it just me or has wardrobe made Damon looking a little "light in the loafers?" lolol If he's waring tights, not even Ian can pull this off.
One thing's good about Damon going as "KING Henry VIII" .....Damon stans have "King Damon" now being canon. =)

so the cure only works if someone drinks whole Katherine and not just a few drops I guess... so we are back to one and one only cure... Who's the guy that's getting tortured by Dr. Maxfield? Stefan and Silas are linked and Damon knows that. How can he talk about killing Silas if he doesn't know if it would kill Stefan

How can he talk about killing Silas if he doesn't know if it would kill Stefan Yeah the cure reminds me of the sacrifice in season 2, Klaus had to drain the doppelgänger of every ounce of blood... Prof Frankenstein is torturing/experimenting on Jesse. Don't really know what plan Damon has in mind, but I don't believe it is his intention to kill Stef. We need a witch, maybe we can borrow one from The Originals

Caroline says Damon’s going to screw up in regards to pleasing Elena and that’s going to lead to a super intense moment. “Things get very bad for one main character,” Caroline teased. “The last scene is a heart-stopper.” So Damon's Deal with Silas is to Bring Bonnie Back. Silas needs her to bring down the Veil (I am assuming) and Damon just wants her back... But Silas will Help Damon only if He kills Stefan which I am assuming because if Stefan Dies then Silas will get his Psychic Powers back. Things get very bad for one main character..I am assuming it has to do with Damon or Stefan..Maybe Damon figures he could kill Stefan somehow let him go on the other side with Bonnie and when Bonnie comes back she can bring Stefan back with him... This is my theory on the matter. Whats yours/>?
